GROUND FLOOR FLAT (Hill Lane) The property had been let for a number of years to a tenant at £350 pcm. When the tenant vacated we were asked to advise the Landlord on re-letting the property. Our lettings manager suggested redecoration of the flat and refurbishment of the kitchen which was dated and badly laid out. The work was carried out in 4 days at a cost of just over £500 to the landlord and the property was re-let within a week of completion of the work for £475 pcm.
